摘    要:实验按毒性单位1:1:1设计,研究乙醛、对苯二甲酸、乙二醇等化纤污水中主要污染物对鲢、草鱼的稚鱼和幼鱼的联合毒性。实验结果表明,乙醛+对醛二甲酸+乙二醇对鲢的稚鱼和幼鱼的96hLC50值分别为21300.6和27438.8mg/L;对草鱼的稚鱼和幼鱼的96gLC50值分别为27387.3和25606.2mg/L。联合毒性效应均表现为相加作用。

Abstract:Acetadehyde(AA), p-phthalic acid(PTA) and ethylene glycol(EG) arethe main toxic substances in fibre waste water. According to the result of a single factor toxic test, the 3 chemicals were mixed on toxic unit ratio 1∶1∶1 basis (Mixture), and the test groups were designed on the basis of the Mixture concentration logarithmic series. The silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) and the grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) larvae and juveniles were collected at body length 0.9~1.2 cm and 4.5~5.5 cm, respectively. A semi-static test was employed. The results show that the 96 h LC50 of the Mixture to silver carp larvae and juveniles are 21 300.6 mg/L and 27 438.8 mg/L, respectively,and to grass carp larvae and juveniles are 27 387.3 mg/L and 25 606.2 mg/L, respectively. The combined toxicity indicates additional action.
