基于PSR模型的鸣翠湖湿地生态系统健康评价

摘    要:为给鸣翠湖的管理和生态修复提供科学依据,以PSR概念模型为基础,构建了3个子系统27个指标的健康评价指标体系,采用层次分析法测定权重、模糊综合评判模型计算生态系统健康综合指数,确定鸣翠湖湿地生态系统健康等级。鸣翠湖湿地处于亚健康状态。3个子系统中,状态指标最大隶属度为0.2333,属于亚健康状态;压力指标最大隶属度为0.2677,属于健康状态;响应指标最大隶属度为0.4553,属于亚健康状态。制约鸣翠湖生态系统健康的疾病因子主要是景观多样性单一、化肥施用强度大、水质污染、干旱指数偏高。基于各影响因子之间的关联性和制约性,在修复鸣翠湖湿地生态健康主要制约因子的同时应综合考虑其他因素,适度干预。

Abstract:Yinchuan City is located in the arid and semi-arid regions of northwest China. The rich wetland resources in this city play an important role in regulating water quality, improving the local microclimate, supporting regional sustainable development and promoting the city grade. Mingcui Lake National Wetland Park is a national AAAA scenic area 9 Km away from the urban center of Yinchuan City and it is suffering from the serious eco-environmental problems of water degradation and loss of biodiversity. A health assessment of the Mingcui Lake ecosystem would support a more scientifically based conservation plan for the wetland system. Based on the Pressure-State-Response (PSR) conceptual model, we constructed a health assessment index system of the Mingcui Lake wetland, consisting of 27 indicators grouped as a pressure subsystem, a state subsystem and a response subsystem. Water quality data were obtained from monitoring data collected by the Hydrographic Office of Yinchuan City and the Environmental Protection Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Ecological data were obtained by interpreting remote sensing imagery and statistics maintained by the wetland management office. Socio-economic data were obtained mainly from the Ningxia Statistical Yearbook 2013 and government work reports. The index weighting for each of the 27 indicators was determined by the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). A five-level ecosystem health ranking and the corresponding criteria were proposed based on foreign and domestic research on wetland ecosystem health and the actual condition of this area. Finally, the comprehensive health assessment index for the Mingcui Lake ecosystem was calculated using the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model and the health level of Mingcui Lake wetland ecosystem was determined based on the comprehensive assessment index. Generally, the Mingcui Lake wetland ecosystem was in sub-health status with an ecosystem health index of 0.6163. The maximum membership degrees of the state index, pressure index and response index were 0.2333, 0.2677 and 0.4553, indicating, respectively, sub-health status, health status and sub-health status. The unvaried landscape, excessive usage of chemical fertilizer, water pollution and high drought index were the main negative factors identified in the Mingcui Lake ecosystem. However, we should not focus only on addressing the negative factors to protect the Mingcui Lake wetland ecosystem, but also take a comprehensive view of the correlations and interactions between the many factors affecting the wetland.
