河流型水库浮游植物群落特征及环境因子关系研究

摘    要:为研究河流型水库浮游植物群落结构与水环境因子的关系,对湖北恩施大龙潭水库水环境因子和浮游植物进行调查,利用Pearson相关性分析法对调查结果进行分析。水库在调查期间共鉴定到186种藻类,隶属于7门89属,其中硅藻门(79种)>绿藻门(55种)>蓝藻门(29种)>甲藻门(9种)>隐藻门(7种)>裸藻门(6种)>金藻门(1种)。Margalef丰富度指数平均值在0.94~1.30,依据丰富度指数水质评判标准判断水质整体为中污染。水库浮游植物总细胞密度在夏季较高,在冬季显著下降。水库从夏季至秋冬季节浮游植物总细胞密度在3.889×105~282.983×105cell/L的区间内变化,其均值为79.864×105cell/L。Pearson相关性分析表明,浮游植物总密度与温度、溶解氧、pH、总磷、高锰酸盐指数呈极显著正相关;与电导率、硝酸盐氮呈极显著负相关。冗余分析表明,温度、pH和高锰酸盐指数是影响水库浮游植物群落结构最主要的环境因子。大龙潭水库较高的海拔和较大的流域面积,有利于硅藻生长;水库年平均水深较深,蓝藻通过水流运动停留在水库上层成为优势种群。

Abstract:In order to study the relationship between phytoplankton community structure and water environment factors in a river-type reservoir, the water environment factors and phytoplankton in Dalongtan Reservoir in Enshi , Hubei , were investigated, and the survey results were analyzed by using the Pearson correlation analysis method. The results showed that:186 species of algae were identified in the reservoir during the investigation, belonging to 7 phyla and 89 genera, among which Diatoms (79 species) > Chlorophyta (55 species) > Cyanobacteria (29 species) > Dinophyta (9 species) > Cryptophyta (7 species) > Euglena (6 species) > Chrysophyta Door (1 species) . The average value of the Margalef richness index is between 0.94 and 1.30. According to the richness index evaluation standard, the overall water quality is judged to be moderately polluted. The total cell density of phytoplankton in the reservoir was higher in summer and decreased significantly in winter. The total cell density of phytoplankton in the reservoir varied from 3.889×105 to 282.983×105cell/L from summer to autumn and winter, with an average value of 79.864×105cell/L.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total density of phytoplankton had a very significant positive correlation with temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, total phosphorus and permanganate index , and a very significant negative correlation with electrical conductivity and nitrate nitrogen. Redundancy analysis showed that temperature, pH and permanganate index were the most important environmental factors affecting the structure of phytoplankton community in the reservoir. The higher altitude and larger drainage area of Dalongtan Reservoir are favorable to the growth of diatoms ; the annual average water depth of the reservoir is deep , and cyanobacteria stay in the upper layer of the reservoir through water movement and become the dominant species.
