摘    要:为研究南北水系翘嘴鲌群体对活性碘和阿维菌素这2种常用水产药物的耐受性差异,为翘嘴鲌在养殖过程中进行消毒和杀虫工作提供数据参考和理论支持,开展了2种药物对南北水系2个翘嘴鲌选育群体鱼种的急性毒性试验。试验中,每个群体对每种药物均设置3个平行,每个平行设对照组和5个浓度梯度试验组。试验结果显示,活性碘对南方水系和北方水系翘嘴鲌群体的安全质量浓度分别为2.140 mg/L和2.163 mg/L,阿维菌素对南方水系和北方水系翘嘴鲌的安全质量浓度分别为0.085 mg/L和0.089 mg/L;与南方水系翘嘴鲌群体相比,北方水系翘嘴鲌群体对2种药物的耐受性较强。实际生产中,药物使用对鱼类的影响除了药物的浓度外,还受到如水温、天气、溶解氧、有机物、给药方式、鱼类摄食及活动情况等许多因素的影响,因此应根据实际情况,在不超过安全质量浓度的条件下合理用药,以确保用药安全有效。

Abstract:To investigate the difference in physiological response of northern and southern Culter alburnus populations to two common aquatic drugs (active iodine and avermectin), as well as provide guidance and theorical support for C. alburnus aquaculture, this study conducted acute toxicity experiments of these two aquatic drugs on northern and southern C. alburnus populations. Three biological replicates and five different concentration were designed for each drug. The results showed that the safe concentrations (SC) of active iodine for southern and northern C. alburnus populations were 2.140 mg/L and 2.163 mg/L respectively, and the SC of avermectin for southern and northern C. alburnus populations were 0.085 mg/L and 0.089 mg/L, respectively. The northern C. alburnus population showed stronger resistance to these two aquatic drugs than the southern population. During the aquaculture, the drug effect varied not only due to the drug concentration, but also the temperature, dissolved oxygen, organic matter, mode of administration, fish feeding and activities and so on. Therefore, to ensure the safety and effectiveness during utilization, aquatic drugs should be used according to safe concentration as well as actual situation.
