气吹式排种器气流辅助充种装置的设计及实验

摘    要:为解决播种机核心部件——气吹式排种器在充种过程中存在的充填速度慢、充填效果不佳等问题,进而达到提高充种效率的目的,设计了气吹式排种器气流辅助充种装置。通过对已掌握资料和实物样机的比较,分析了工作过程原理,在此基础上进行了结构优化。试验分析结果表明,具有气流辅助充种装置的气吹式排种器的排种效果好于一般气吹式排种器,采用气流辅助充种装置充种,间断气流有助于提高充填合格率、充填性能和充种效率。

Abstract:in order to solve the problems of slow filling speed and poor filling effect in the filling process of air blowing seed metering device, so as to improve the filling efficiency. The air assisted seed filling device of air blowing seed metering device was designed, and the structure optimization, working process and principle were studied. Through experimental analysis, the seed metering effect of air blowing seed metering device with air assisted seed filling device is better than that of general air blowing seed metering device. Therefore, the intermittent air flow is helpful to improve the filling qualified rate, filling performance and filling efficiency.
