| 摘 要： | “双循环”新发展格局是推动农业现代化的重大机遇，是我国小农经济走向现代化的根本途径。农产品市场作为我国最基础的贸易市场，具有推动我国内需发展的巨大潜力，农产品电子商务在其中则发挥了重要的作用。根据前期在湖北省宜城市的调研，发现推行农产品电子商务发展还任重道远。在对已有文献分析的基础上，对传统的农产品电子商务政策进行梳理、研究，分析了政策中规划不全面、执行不到位的问题，并提出通过从供给型、环境型、需求型3种维度的政策工具来优化农产品电商政策的建议。

Optimization Suggestions on E-commerce Policy about Agricultural Products under New Development Pattern of “Dual Circle” |

| Abstract: | New development pattern of“dual circle”is a great opportunity to promote agricultural modernization，and it is the fundamental way for China's small-scale peasant economy to move toward modernization.As the most basic trade market in China，agricultural products market has a great potential to promote development of domestic demand in China，and it has played an important role in it.According to preliminary survey in Yicheng City，Hubei Province，there was still a long way to promote development of agricultural products e-commerce.Based on analysis of existing literature，traditional agricultural products e-commerce policy was sorted out and studied.Problems of incomplete，implementation in the policy were analyzed.it was put forward to optimize agricultural products e-commerce policies through policy tools from three dimensions:supply，environment and demand. |
