| 摘 要： | 在乡村振兴战略背景下，陕西推进特色小镇建设与发展，不仅能够促进乡村产业结构优化，还能充分挖掘小镇的自然和人文历史资源，实现小镇的特色化发展和可持续发展。陕西要因地制宜，结合农村农业资源，提高特色小镇发展的创新力，注重特色小镇的产业设计，开发多种特色小镇发展模式。主要介绍了陕西特色小镇的发展现状，指出发展中存在的问题，并提出针对性的对策建议，以期促进陕西省特色小镇进一步健康发展。

| Abstract: | Under background of Rural Revitalization Strategy，Shaanxi promotes construction and development of characteristic towns，which can not only promote optimization of rural industrial structure，but also fully tap natural and cultural historical resources of small towns，so as to realize characteristic development and sustainable development of small towns.Shaanxi should adjust measures to local conditions，combine with rural agricultural resources，improve innovation of development of characteristic towns，pay attention to industrial design of characteristic towns，and develop a variety of development modes of characteristic towns.Development status of Shaanxi characteristic towns was mainly introduced，problems existing in development were pointed out，and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward，in order to promote further healthy development of Shaanxi characteristic towns. |
