自走式喷雾机底盘静液压驱动系统设计与试验

摘    要:为解决我国自走式喷雾机底盘液压驱动系统发展滞后,无法满足自走式喷雾机驱动需求的瓶颈问题,设计一种可应用于自走式喷雾机底盘的闭式静液压驱动系统。系统由1台柱塞液压泵、4个并联的液压马达、驻车制动器和分流集流阀等组成,依靠调节补油压力实现高低速切换和驻车制动,行车制动通过泵和液压马达的反向利用实现。在满负荷、高温和不同行驶速度条件下,对液压驱动系统的性能进行试验测试。结果表明:液压驱动系统设计原理正确,各功能均能顺利实现;系统最高工作压力39 MPa,壳体泄油压力<0.3 MPa,补油压力2.4 MPa;冲洗阀冲洗流量11~14 L/min,能起到良好的液压系统冷却和清洁功能。配合安装的散热器,液压系统内液压油的温度能维持在系统允许的70 ℃以下。满载条件下长时间工作,液压系统性能稳定、可靠,系统的各主要参数都能维持在合理范围。

Abstract:A hydraulic-drive system was developed and researched for solving the drive requirement of self-propelled sprayer.Firstly,hydraulic components of this drive system were one hydraulic piston pump,four hydraulic motors,parking brake,dividing-combining valve,etc.High and low speed switching and parking braking could be realized by adjusting oil supply pressure.Reverse pump and motors could achieve vehicle brake.A test was designed and carried out with full-load,maximum speed and high temperature.Results showed that theory of hydraulic-drive system was correct and every function could be achieved successfully.Maximum working pressure was 39 MPa,drain pressure was always under 0.3 MPa,and charge pressure was about 2.4 MPa.Meanwhile,flow rate of exchange valve to pump was between 11L/min to 14L/min.It was reasonable for cooling and washing.The temperature of hydraulic fluids in line could always be maintained below 70℃.In conclusion,hydraulic-drive system was reliable,and main parameters were all within the reasonable range.
