| 摘 要： | 土地资源作为人类活动的载体，为我国经济的发展提供了基础，而随着经济的发展及城市化进程的加快，我国也逐渐提高了对土地资源的利用程度。为更加合理地利用我国土地资源，最终促进我国综合发展，人们将重点放在土地利用转型研究上。除此之外，由于我国所实施的土地管理政策主要为土地资源管理，因而土地利用转型的提出积极地影响到我国的土地资源合理利用。鉴于此，对土地利用转型及土地资源管理概念进行简要阐述，在此基础上分析土地资源管理与土地利用转型对彼此的影响，同时探讨土地利用转型与土地资源管理的相关措施。

| Abstract: | As carrier of human activities，land resources provided the basis for development of our country′s economy，and with development of economy and acceleration of urbanization process，our country had gradually increased utilization of land resources.Introduction of land use transformation concept could make more rational use of land resources of our country and promoted comprehensive development of our country.Besides，because land management policy was mainly land resource management，the proposal of land use transformation had a positive impact on rational utilization of land resources in China.In view of this，a brief introduction to concepts of land use transformation and land resource management was giren，and then influence of land resource management and land use transformation on each other was analyzed，at the same time，measures of land use transformation and land resource management was discussed. |
