摘    要:针对日光温室塑料大棚清洗困难,导致薄膜透光率低,影响农作物生长的问题,设计了一种清洗装置。并基于计算机辅助设计软件Solidworks进行三维建模,对于整体结构与关键组成部分进行设计与仿真,研制了试验样机并进行了清洗试验。试验结果表明:在自来水与清洗溶液条件下大棚薄膜透光率均有较大改善,分别从51.6%提高到78.3%,提高了26.7%;从51.6%提高到80.6%,提高了29.0%。该清洗装置结构合理,清洁效果明显,可满足用户清洗日光温室大棚需求。

Abstract:A cleaning device was designed for sunlight greenhouse plastic greenhouse,which was to solve problems of cleaning,low transmittance and affecting growth of crops.3D modeling was carried out based on computer aided design software Solidworks.Overall structure and key components were designed and simulated,and then experimental prototype model was built.Experimental results showed that film transmittance of greenhouse was greatly improved under condition of pure tap water and cleaning agent,highest from 51.6% to 78.3% by 26.7%,and from 51.6% to 80.6% by 29.0%.Cleaning device has a reasonable structure and obvious cleaning effect.It could meet purpose and requirements of users.
