摘    要:针对面板堆石坝工程的面板开裂问题,依据TRIZ理论进行分析优化可有效减少面板开裂问题。面板裂缝问题制约混凝土面板堆石坝的发展,面板裂缝的成因主要有面板脱空、温度应力和干缩应力等。通过TRIZ理论的系统分析、因果分析和物场分析等,提出4种消除面板裂缝的方案,运用TRIZ工具进行求解,并对生成的4个方案进行优化。通过TRIZ理论得出的方案可为实际工程提供较好的理论指导意义。

Abstract:Analysis and optimization based on TRIZ theory could effectively reduce panel cracking in rockfill dam with face slab.Problem of panel crack was a serious constraint to development of rockfill dam with face slab.Causes of panel crack mainly include slab voiding,temperature stress and dry shrinkage stress.Four schemes to eliminate slab crack were put forward through system analysis,causal analysis and substance-field analysis of TRIZ theory,TRIZ tool was used to solve problems and four schemes were optimized.Schemes obtained by TRIZ theory could provide theoretical guidance for practical engineering.
