乡村振兴背景下安康富硒茶产业三产融合发展模式与机制研究

摘    要:乡村振兴的基础在于产业振兴,产业振兴就要走融合发展之路。茶产业作为乡村的重要产业,走三产融合发展之路是解决当前产能过剩问题和促进产业转型升级的必然选择。以安康市富硒茶产业为研究对象,深入分析茶产业三产“如何融,怎样合”的问题。首先,明确茶产业三产融合发展的内涵。其次,结合安康自然禀赋和茶产业发展实际,总结出安康富硒茶产业三产融合发展的3种模式,即和先进技术融合模式、和相关产业交叉融合模式及产业集群化融合模式。最后,对茶产业实施三产融合发展提出保障机制,即完善利益联结机制、创新投资机制、构建复合型人才引入与培养机制和突出市场化运作机制。

Abstract:Foundation of rural revitalization lies in industrial revitalization,which should take the road of integrated development.As an important industry in rural,tea industry is facing problems of surplus production,and industrial transformation and upgrading.So three industries integration is an inevitable selection for tea industry.Ankang selenium-enriched tea was selected as an example,and the problem of how to integrate for tea industry was talked.Firstly,connotation of three industries integration of tea industry was clarified.Secondly,based on natural endowment and practical development of tea industry,three models for three industries integration of tea industry were summarized,that was,the mode of integration with advanced technology,cross integration with related industries and industrial clustering.Finally,four mechanisms were presented,that was,improving mechanism of interest connection,innovating mechanism of investment,building mechanism of introducing and training compound talents,and highlighting mechanism of market-oriented operation.
