摘    要:以食品分析实验课程为例,阐述新工科背景下本科生实验教学考核体系改革与实践。针对现行实验考核评价体系存在的弊端,在充分体现食品科学与工程学科特色的基础上,结合课程特点、实验体系,根据不同类型实验项目的目的要求不同,建立多元化实验考核评价体系。3届学生实践证明,该考核体系有利于引导学生自主学习,能客观公平地反映学生实际实验水平,激发学生的学习热情与兴趣。考核评价体系以学生发展为中心,有利于提高人才培养质量,项目值得进一步推广和研究。

Abstract:Taking the experimental course of food analysis as an example, this paper focused on the reform and practice of undergraduate experimental teaching evaluation system under the new engineering background. In view of the drawbacks of the current experimental evaluation system, combining the characteristics of food science and engineering disciplines and the experimental system, and according to the different requirements of different types of experimental projects, a diversified experimental evaluation system was established. After three grades of students trial, this project was proved helpful for guidinging students" independent learning, objectively and fairly reflecting students" actual experimental level, stimulating students" enthusiasm and interest. This assessment system is centered on the development of students, which is conducive to improving the quality of talent training. This project is worthy of further promotion and research.
