摘    要:中国国家公园自然教育目前正处于关键的起步阶段,剖析国外典型案例、借鉴其成功经验并探讨提升自然教育功能的有效路径具有重要的现实意义。文中以美国的黄石、德国的巴伐利亚以及日本的西表石垣3个代表性国家公园为典型案例,从自然教育的内容、设施、方式3个方面进行案例总结,梳理国外国家公园开展自然教育的主要经验;总结分析中国首批5个国家公园自然教育的实践情况,发现普遍存在着教育内容针对性不强、数字化平台建设不够完善和特色文化融入度不高等问题;从分类构建不同群体进公园的自然教育管理机制、全面构建数字平台进公园的自然教育规划机制以及共同构建不同文化进公园的自然教育融合机制3个方面提出中国国家公园自然教育功能提升路径。

Path to Improve Natural Education Function of China's National Parks Based on International Experience

Abstract:The national parks in China are at its initial stage of nature education development. It is of theoretical and practical significance to learn from international experience, to analyze typical cases in depth, and to explore effective ways to improve their nature education function. This study takes three representative national parks, i.e., Yellowstone National Park in the USA, Bavaria National Park in Germany, and Iriomote Ishigaki National Park in Japan to review the contents, facilities and models of nature education and summarize their main experience in carrying out natural education. The natural education practised in the first five national parks in China is analyzed. It finds that the nature education in national parks is challenged by common problems, such as poor pertinence to educational content, insufficient use of digital platform and low integration of characteristic culture. This paper proposes the path to improve the natural education function of China's national parks from three aspects: constructing the classified natural education management mechanism for different groups entering national parks, establishing natural education planning mechanism to promote the integration of the digital platform to natural parks, and developing jointly natural education integration mechanism to introduce different cultures into national parks.
