| 摘 要： | 竹缠绕复合管是由我国独立研发，具有自主知识产权的创新型竹产品，也是全球第1个可产业化的生物基管道。竹缠绕复合管创新技术的成功研发与应用拓展，对于“一带一路”沿线国家和地区具有重大的现实意义和生态价值。文中从我国竹缠绕复合管研发及应用现状，在“一带一路”沿线东南亚和非洲国家推广的意义、具体措施、发展前景等方面详细论述了推广的必要性和可行性。竹缠绕复合管创新技术的研发与应用，是在新时代和新常态背景下促进亚非国家转变竹产业发展模式、增强竹产品创新发展动力的共同担当，是惠及沿线各国人民、促进绿色发展、合作共赢的具体举措，也是构建中国全方位开放新格局、贡献中国竹智慧的必然要求，以及林产工业适应“一带一路”战略的惠民之举。

| Abstract: | Bamboo-based winding composite pipe (BWCP) is the first bio-based pressure pipe which can be industrialized in the world and also regarded as the first original bio-pipe developed by China with independent intellectual property rights. It has a great realistic significance for the popularization and application of BWCP along "Belt and Road" countries and regions. This paper briefs the R & D and application of BWCP in China, and discusses the necessity and promotion feasibility to apply BWCP in the Southeast Asian countries and African countries along "Belt and Road" in terms of the significance for promotion, concrete measures, development prospect, et al. BWCP research, development and application is a way to promote the Asian and African countries to change their bamboo industry developing model and motivate their innovative bamboo product development in the new ear and "new normal economy" background, is the specific measure to increase the local livelihood, promote the green development and achieve the "win-win" cooperation, is the inevitable requirement for the establishment of the new pattern of opening up and contribute the Chinese wisdom, and is also the specific way for forestry industry to follow the Belt and Road Initiative. |
