公益类科研机构人才培养模式探析

摘    要:公益类科研机构的人才发展水平对于研究领域的科技创新和科技进步有着重要影响。在新一轮科技革命与产业变革加速演进的时代背景下,公益类科研机构的人才培养应开拓顺应新时代发展要求的创新之路。文中以国际竹藤中心为例,介绍人才队伍现状,探讨公益类科研机构人才培养的共性问题,分析导师指导、走出去培养、实践中培养、一体化培养4种通用有效的人才培养模式,提出公益类科研机构人才培养模式应以政治引领为导向、以自主培养为关键、以青年人才为重点、以平台项目为依托、以开放合作为途径、以团队建设为基石、以制度建设为保障的七大发展思路,以期为公益类科研机构人才培养模式改革提供借鉴与参考。

Analysis on Talents Cultivation Mode for Public Research Organizations

Abstract:The talents cultivation in public research organizations has an important impact on the scientific innovation and technological advance in the research field, and should keey the abreast with the new era to be oriented with innovation against the backdrop of the new-round technology and industry upgrading. The paper takes the International Center for Bamboo and Rattan as the case to analyze the current state of talents structure and the comom issues arising from talents cultivation in public research organizations. It discusses 4 general talents cultivation modes including mentor's guidance, joint cultivation, practices-based cultivation and all-in-one cultivation, and proposes the 7 development thoughts, i.e., taking political thoughts as the guidance, the autonomy cultivation as the key, the young talents cultivation as the priority, the platform and projects as the base, the openning and collaboration as the path, the group development as the corner and the institutional setup as the garantee. This study is aimed at providing references to the reform of talents cultivation modes in public research organizations.
