| 摘 要： | 党的十九大报告提出，一二三产业融合是实现乡村振兴的重要途径。目前，我国三产融合发展处于快速提升阶段，但仍然存在不少问题。通过对无锡洛社六次产业园的实地调研，发现产业园三产融合主要存在与农业融合力度较低、国家相关法律法规不完善、生产体系缺乏科技创新、农业专业人才缺乏，以及信息化和营销品牌建设落后等问题。对此，提出加强与农业的融合力度、完善相应法律法规、加快农业科技创新力度、积极培育职业农民，以及加强信息化和营销品牌建设等政策建议。

| Abstract: | The report of the 19th National Congress pointed out that the integration of the first, second and third industry is an important way to achieve rural revitalization. At present, China''s three-industry integration development is in a stage of rapid improvement, but there are still many problems. The field research on the sixth industrial park of Luoshe Wuxi shows the main problems of three-industry integration of the industrial park such as low integration with agriculture, imperfect national laws and regulations, lack of scientific and technological innovation in the production system, lack of agricultural professionals, backwardness of informatization and marketing brand building, etc. In this regard, this paper proposes to strengthen the integration with agriculture, perfect the corresponding laws and regulations, accelerate scientific and technological innovation of agriculture, actively cultivate professional farmers, strengthen informatization and marketing brand building, so as to provide reference for similar industrial parks in other regions of the country, and promote modernization and sustainable development of agriculture in China. |
