土壤通气性对甘薯产量的影响及其生理机制

摘    要: 选用鲁薯7号和徐薯18为材料.研究了土壤通气性对甘薯某些生理特性和块根产量形式的影响,结果表明,改善土壤通气性.可以增加功能叶片ATP含量、提高功能叶片ATP酶活性;增加块根中ATP含量和脱落酸(ABA)含量.提高块根中 ATP 酶活性。促进14C同化物由叶叶向块根的运转和分配,提高干物质在块根中的分配率;极显著地提高了块根的产量。棍据植株可溶性碳水化合物含量的变化.分析了 ATP、ATP酶和ABA在促进14C同化物由叶片向块根运输中的作用。

Abstract:The effects of soil aeration on physiological characters and root tuber yield formation of Ipomoea batatas (L. )Lam. CV Lushu7 and Xushul8 were studied. The results show that the improved soil aeration increased the ATP content and improved the ATPase activity in functional leaves; increased the contents of ATP and ABA in root tuber,and improved the ATPase activity in root tubers. The improved soil aeration also accelerated the transportation of 14C-photosynthates from leaves to root tubers, increased the ratio of root tuber dry weight to top dry weight. All these contribute to increase the root tuber yield significantly. The role of ATP, ATPase and ABA on accelerating the transportation of I4C-photosynthates was analysed according to the change of soluble carbonhydrates content in sweet potato plants.
