前胡诱导水稻抗稻瘟病的活性及其有效成分

摘    要:目的分离、纯化和鉴定中药前胡诱导水稻抗稻瘟病的活性成分。方法以诱导水稻抗稻瘟病的活性为追踪目标,对前胡的丙酮提取物进行硅胶柱层析分离得到活性最强的部分,再用SephadexLH-20和液相制备色谱分离得到诱抗活性的主活性成分,采用紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱、ESI-MS质谱和核磁共振(1HNMR和13CNMR)波谱法对其进行结构解析与鉴定。结果该植物的丙酮提取物通过硅胶柱层析得到7个馏分,其中4、5、6三个馏分对水稻稻瘟病有较强的诱导抗病性,质量浓度为50mg·L-1时,其诱抗效果分别为55.18%、59.54%、54.36%,经过SephadexLH-20和液相制备色谱分离得到3个主活性成分,质量浓度为10mg·L-1时,其诱抗效果分别为52.77%、60.76%、60.28%,波谱结构解析表明,三者分别为北美芹素、前胡香豆素Ⅱ、前胡香豆素Ⅲ,其中前胡香豆素Ⅲ为国内首次从前胡中分离得到。结论香豆素是前胡诱导水稻抗稻瘟病的主要活性成分。
