亚种间杂交稻籽粒灌浆特性及其生理的研究

摘    要: 以具代表性的两亚种间杂交稻组合为材料,研究了其籽粒灌浆特征及其一些生理机制,结果表明:亚杂组合强、弱势粒的灌浆特征为明显的异步灌浆型。强势粒开始灌浆和达到最大灌浆速率的时间早,弱势粒在开花后相当长时间内生长处于停滞状态,待强势粒生长速率下降到十分微弱时才开始灌浆。弱势粒的起始生长势、灌浆速率和生长终值量等均小于强势粒;强势粒和籽粒充实度好的亚杂组合,籽粒中的淀粉和蛋白质含量多,可溶性糖的含量少,弱势粒和充实度差的组合,结果则相反;灌浆初期籽粒中的ATP含量和ADPG焦磷酸化酶活性,强势粒大于弱势粒,籽粒充实度好的组合大于籽粒充实度差的组合。对亚杂组合籽粒充实不良问题的原因进行了讨论。

Abstract:With two typical intersubspecific hybrid rice combinations (IHRCs) as materials,the grain filling characteristics and some physiological mechanism in intersubspecific hybrid rice were studied.The main results were as follows: a. the filling process of strong and weak potential grains of IHRCs was obviously asychronous.For strong potential grains(SPGs), the time of starting filling and reaching the maximum filling rate was early, and for weak potential grains (WPGs), the growth stagnated for a long time after anthesis, and started filling when the filling rate of SPGs descended to a minimum. The initial growth vigour, growth capacity and filling rate of WPGs were lower than those of SPGs; b. the contents of starch and protein were high,and soluble sugar content was low in the grains of SPGs and of the IHRC with good grain plumpness, the results were reversed in those of WPGs and of the IHRC with poor grain plumpness; and c. SPGs were higher than WPGs,and the IHRC with good grain plumpness higher than the IHRC with poor grain plumpness, in terms of ATP content and ADPG (adenosine diphosphate glucose)pyrophosphorylase activities at early grain filling stage. The reasons for poor grain plumpness in some IHRCs were discussed in the paper.
