中国葡萄属野生种抗病性的研究

摘    要: 1983-1987年通过田间自然鉴定、田间接种鉴定和室内离体接种鉴定的方法,研究了起源于我国的葡萄属18个种或变种、88个株系对葡萄霜霉病、黑痘病、白腐病和炭疽病的抗性。结果表明,原产我国的葡萄属野生种对这4种真菌病害有极强和强的抗性,种内株系间存在着抗病性的差异。一些种和株系抗两种病害,另一些种和株系抗多种病害。抗病类型的分布与地理起源无关。本文还初步探讨了与葡萄属野生种抗病有关的机制。

Abstract:The resistance to diseases Plasmopara viticola, Sphaceloma ampelinum, Coniathyrium diplodiella and Glomerella cingulata of Vitis species or varieties native to China, including 88 clones, was studied by means of field identification, field inoculation and laboratory isolated inoculation in 1983-1987. The resullts show that the species and clones indigenous to China are resistant or highly resistant to the diesases. There are differences in resistance to the diseases among all these species and clones. Some of them resist more than two diseases. The distribution of resisting biotypes have nothing to do with the origins of the species or clones. A preliminary exploration has also been made by the authors on the relationships of the resistance mechanisms of Vitis wild species.
