旱地玉米机械化保护性耕作技术及机具研究

摘    要:在我国北方旱作地区进行连续7a的玉米保护性耕作与传统耕作的田间对比试验,结果表明,保护性耕作的平均土壤体积质量虽较传统耕作高5%,但不会导致土壤严重压实,土壤含水率较传统耕作平均增加12%,深松地达20.7%,提高了土壤保蓄水能力,玉米产量平均增加13%,且成本降低,研制了不同的播种机防堵机构以及组合式限深切草器与双齿盘拨草配合防堵的2BMQF-4C型玉米免耕覆盖播种机和可调翼铲式深松机。

Abstract:In 7 years' conservation tillage research, 7 tillage treatments were tested, soil bulk density, moisture, yield and economic benefit were analyzed, 5 conservation tillage methods suitable for different situation were decided. Based on experiments of several anti blockage mechanisms, maize no till planter, type 2BMQF 4C, was developed with combined cutter and double tooth disk to prevent stalk blockage. Subsoiler with adjustable wings was also developed.
