摘    要:以灰葡萄孢、禾谷镰刀菌、辣椒疫霉、盘长孢状刺盘孢、凸脐蠕孢为供试真菌 ,植物提取物样品供试质量浓度为 0 .1g/ m L,用琼胶平板法对 6 2种植物样品的丙酮提取物进行了离体生物活性测定。结果表明 ,有 39种提取物样品至少对 5种供试真菌中的 1种真菌的抑制率大于 6 0 % ,其中多线柳 (茎、叶 )、野核桃 (茎、叶 )等 2 3种提取物样品至少对 1种供试真菌的抑制率大于 80 % ,野核桃 (茎 )、枸树 (根 )、齿果酸模 (茎 )、甘草 (全株 )、苦豆子(根 )、狼毒 (根 )、石榴 (果皮 ) 7种植物提取物样品对其中 4种供试真菌均表现很强的抑制作用。

Abstract:The antifungal activities of 62 species of plant extracts were tested with isolate hypha of Botrytis cirerea Pers.,Fusarium graminerum Schw.,Phytophthora capsici Leonian,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz,and Exserohilum turcicum Pass.The concentration of sample extracted from acetone was 0.1 g/mL .The result showed that plant-extracted antifungal rate of 39 species was more than 60% to one or more tested fungi.That of 23 species (for example,Salix polyadenia,Juglans cathayonsis etc.) was up to 80% to one or more tested fungi.The extracts of Juglans cathayonsis (stem),Broussonetia papyrifera L.(root),Rumex dentatus L.(stem),Glycyrrhizo uralensis Fisch(the whole),Sophora alopecuroides Linn.(root),Stellera chamaejasme L.(root) and Punica granatum L(rind).Had strong inhibition to 4 kinds of the tested fungi.
