| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的进程的加速和我国加入世界贸易组织，农产品出口受到了绿色贸易壁垒
的影响，问题也日益突出。笔者通过收集大量文献和资料，由绿色贸易壁垒的概念、原因、表现形式入
手，分析绿色贸易壁垒在WTO 和GATT 框架下的法律规则，以及绿色贸易壁垒对我国农产品出口的
影响。在大量文献和研究的支持下，提出了我国对农产品出口的法律对策，从国内外角度提出建议。
