| 摘 要： | 为引导海南民营橡胶产业健康有序的发展,笔者回顾了海南民营橡胶产业的发展历程,分析了新常态下海南民营橡胶产业现状和存在的问题,包括胶价持续低迷、劳动力短缺、科技支撑力度不够、优质种苗供应不足、标准化生产程度不高以及抵御风险能力弱等问题,提出了发展橡胶林下经济、增强社会化服务能力、健全补贴机制、推进天然橡胶标准化示范基地建设等促进海南民营天然橡胶产业发展的对策建议。

Development Status and Countermeasures of Private Rubber Industry in Hainan Province Under the New Normal |

| Abstract: | In order to guide the healthy development of private rubber industry in Hainan Province, its development history was reviewed, and the current situation and existing problems were analyzed. The existing problems included the falling price, labor shortage, insufficient technic support, inadequate high quality seedlings, low- level standardized production and weak risk resistant ability. Thus the authors provided suggestions, such as developing under forest economy, strengthening social service, perfecting subsidy mechanism and constructing standardized base of natural rubber, to promote the development of private natural rubber industry in Hainan Province. |
