| 摘 要： | 外来物种入侵因为其严重的经济危害、社会危害和生态危害而成为备受重视的安全议题。为了阻止外来物种入侵,各国从入侵机制着手,建立了有效的法制体系和风险评估系统。从入侵机制、法制建设和风险评估的角度综述了国内外关于防止外来物种入侵管理策略的研究进展并进行了比较,总结了中国研究中存在的薄弱环节,最后展望了中国外来入侵物种综合性预防和管理体系的发展。

Research Progress of Prevention Management Strategy of Alien Species |

| Abstract: | Invasion of alien species has become an important security issue because of its serious economic, social and ecological hazards. In order to prevent invasion of alien species, many countries have established effective legal system and risk assessment system based on invasive mechanism studies. The authors summarized research progress of prevention management strategy of alien species from the aspects of invasive mechanism, legal construction and risk assessment. Then disadvantages of researches in China were proposed by comparing the research progresses at home and abroad. Finally the authors made an outlook on the development of comprehensive prevention and management system of alien species. |
