| 摘 要： | 湖南省是中国稻谷生产的最大省份,加快发展湖南省优质稻产业,对于落实国家优势农产品区域布局、确保国家粮食安全、实现湖南水稻产业又好又快发展意义重大。通过分析指出,加快发展湖南省优质稻产业的基础条件较好,但也存在优质广适高产品种不多、栽培技术不配套、加工储藏技术落后、生产缺乏整体规划布局、产业化经营水平不高、产品安全隐患等方面的问题,提出了加快发展湖南优质稻产业,必须合理布局生产基地,加强基地生产条件建设;有效整合科技创新,提升产业科技水平;大力推进产业化经营,提高产业综合竞争力;积极营造发展环境,加快产业发展步伐。

| Abstract: | Hunan Province is the largest producer of rice in China. Accelerating the industrialization of high quality rice plays an important role in the implementation of predominant agricultural product area, the guarantee of food safety and the good and fast development of rice industry in Hunan Province.
