摘    要:【目的】评价性信息素诱捕对玉米草地贪夜蛾的实际田间控害效果,为性信息素诱捕应用于实际生产及制定有效的草地贪夜蛾综合治理技术方案提供参考。【方法】选择生长期和田间管理条件一致、占地面积均约1.40 ha的2块玉米田,分别作为性信息素诱捕试验处理区和对照处理区。试验处理区内均匀设置21个诱捕器,于试验处理后3个不同时段内,定期调查试验处理区的草地贪夜蛾雄成虫诱捕数量及试验处理区和对照处理区的草地贪夜蛾产卵卵块数量、卵粒数、不同龄期的幼虫虫口数量,统计玉米新叶(雌穗)为害株率和为害指数等,综合评价玉米生产上性信息素诱捕对草地贪夜蛾的田间控害效果。【结果】在性信息素诱捕处理后的3个不同调查时段内(2020年7月15日-2020年7月24日、2020年7月25日-2020年8月2日、2020年8月3日-2020年8月11日,下同),每个诱捕器可分别平均诱捕到260.48±21.17、34.95±3.64和7.76±1.45头草地贪夜蛾雄成虫。与对照处理区相比,性信息素诱捕处理可减少草地贪夜蛾产卵,同时幼虫虫口数量也显著降低(P<0.05),3个调查时段内相对虫口减退率分别为42.86%、88.24%和73.08%;在3个调查时段内,试验处理区均未发现4龄及4龄以上高龄幼虫,而对照处理区则可发现较多4龄及4龄以上高龄幼虫。试验处理区内草地贪夜蛾幼虫为害玉米植株的为害株率和为害指数明显降低,3个调查时段内试验处理区的为害指数校正防效分别为37.13%、89.78%和59.50%。【结论】性信息素诱捕具有较好的田间控害效果,可用于构成草地贪夜蛾综合治理技术措施,提高防控效果,有效减轻草地贪夜蛾的田间危害。

Abstract:【Objective】To provide reference for applying the technology of sexual pheromone trapping in the actual production and formulate comprehensive control plans for Spodoptera frugiperda(J. E. Smith), this study was performed to evaluate the control effect of sexual pheromone trapping in maize fields as a key technology in the integrated management measures.【Method】Two maize fields in the same growth period and under the same field management conditions were selected as the sex pheromone trapping treatment fields and the control fields, respectively, the areas of which were both about 1.40 ha. Twenty-one sexual traps were set in the treatment fields. In three different periods after the experimental treatment were set, the number of adult trapped in treatment field, the number of laid egg masses and eggs, and the number of larvae at different instars were regularly investigated both in treatment fields and control fields, and the percentages of damaged plants and the damage indexes of larvae were also analyzed, as were used to comprehensively evaluate the control effect of sex pheromone trapping against S. frugiperda in maize fields.【Result】In the sex pheromone trapping treatment(July 15, 2020-July 24, 2020, July 25, 2020-August 2, 2020, August 3, 2020-August 11, 2020, the same below), each trap averagely caught 260.48±21.17, 34.95±3.64, and 7.76±1.45 male adults in three different investigation intervals, respectively. Compared with the control fields, sex trapping obviously reduced the laid eggs of S. frugiperda adults, the larvae density in treatment fields was significantly lower(P<0.05) and the relative larvae decline rates were 42.86%, 88.24%, and 73.08% in the three investigation intervals, respectively. In the treatment process, the number of 4th instar and older larvae in the control fields was large while 4th instar and older larvae were not found in the treatment fields. The percentages of damaged plants and the damage indexes of larvae in treatment fields were both decreased obviously in treatment fields, and the corrected control efficacy base on damage indexes in three investigation intervals were 37.13%, 89.78%, and 59.50%, respectively.【Conclusion】Sex pheromone trapping has better effect on field control. Thus, sex pheromone trapping can be used in the integrated management for controlling S. frugiperda, to strengthen its control effect and further reduce the damage in fields obviously.
