干燥温度对苜蓿草种子活力影响研究

摘    要:种子在干燥过程中随着温度的变化会出现老化现象,导致生理特性发生改变和种子活力下降,进而降低种用价值。为探讨干燥温度对苜蓿种子活力的影响,选择不同干燥温度对苜蓿种子进行干燥,分别测定了发芽率、发芽势、抗氧化酶、代谢酶及有害物质丙二醛的含量。结果表明:干燥温度为35℃时,种子发芽率和发芽势最高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于其他干燥温度,丙二醛含量显著低于其他干燥温度。脂肪酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶活性显著高于其他干燥温度。干燥温度为35℃时有利于苜蓿种子的干燥,并且能够明显提高种子活力。研究结果为能较好地说明不同干燥温度对苜蓿种子活力的影响,为实际生产中苜蓿草种子的干燥提供一定的理论基础。

Effects of drying temperatures on seed vigor of alfalfa seeds

Abstract:During the drying process, the seeds will age with the change of temperature, which leads to the change of physiological characteristics and the decrease of seed vigor, thus reducing the value of seed. In order to investigate the effect of drying temperature on the vigor of alfalfa seeds, different drying temperatures were selected to dry the alfalfa seeds, and the germination rate, germination potential, antioxidant enzymes, metabolic enzymes and harmful substances malondialdehyde were determined. The results showed that when the drying temperature was 35 °C, the seed germination rate and germination potential were the highest, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activity were significantly higher than other drying temperatures, and the malondialdehyde content was significantly lower than other temperature. The activity of lipase, protease, and amylase were significantly higher than other drying temperatures. The drying temperature of 35 ° C is conducive to the drying of alfalfa seeds, and can significantly improve seed vigor. The results of the study can better explain the effects of different drying temperatures on the vigor of alfalfa seeds, and provide a theoretical basis for the drying of alfalfa seeds in actual production.
