配方施肥对春季桑叶1-脱氧野尻霉素产量的影响

摘    要: 为了提高春季桑叶1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-deoxynojimycin,DNJ)产量,采用“3414”肥料设计方案,调查氮磷钾不同施肥水平对桑叶中DNJ质量分数的影响。结果表明:氮磷钾均对桑树不同部位叶有较显著的影响,随着单因素施肥量的增加,桑叶不同部位叶中DNJ也随之增加,在氮240.0 kg·hm-2,磷84.0 kg·hm-2,钾120.0 kg·hm-2时达到最大;进一步以桑叶DNJ产量为目标函数,氮磷钾肥的施肥水平为调控因子,模拟其之间的回归关系。氮磷钾肥的施肥水平及其配比均能显著影响桑叶中DNJ质量分数。桑叶中总DNJ最佳经济产量为23.23 kg·hm-2,推荐施肥指标氮为286.1 kg·hm-2,五氧化二磷为95.2 kg·hm-2,氧化钾为159.6 kg·hm-2。该最佳施肥通过生产实践证实后,可为DNJ高产桑园建设提供参考。图1表2参20

Abstract:To scientifically increase the 1-deoxynojimycin(DNJ) yield of mulberry leaves in spring,a "3414" fertilizer experimental design with the DNJ yield of mulberry leaves as the objective function and fertilizer levels of N,P,and K as treatments was established.N,P,and K treatment levels were utilized and simulated with a regression applying to SPSS 11.5.The variance analysis between fertilizer rate and DNJ contents in mulberry leaves were treated by statistical analysis applying to SAS 9.0 DA software.Results showed,that the DNJ content significantly increased(P <0.05) with the level 240.0 kg·hm-2(N),84.0 kg·hm-2(P2O5),120.0 kg·hm-2(K2O) fertilizer treatment.The optimum recommended fertilizer was 286.1 kg·hm-2(N),95.2 kg·hm-2(P2O5),and 159.6 kg·hm-2(K2O) with an optimum economic yield of 23.23 kg·hm-2.After confirmation in actual conditions,this optimum fertilizer design could increase the high yield and quality of mulberry leaves in the hilly areas of Sichuan Province.
