| 摘 要： | 从英语习语的特点人手，分析和比较了中西方文化内涵对习语翻译的影响，并总结出英语习语翻译的标准和难点，最后提出翻译的原则和归化和异化各自不同的具体翻译方法。唯有了解对等的文化信息以及转化成目的语的文化信息的表达方式，方能使译文完美再现原语的整体思想性和艺术性。

| Abstract: | From the characteristics of English idioms, the essay analyzes and compares Chinese and western cultural connotations and the effects on translation, sums up the standards and difficulties in the process of translating English idioms, and puts forward the principles of translation and different translation strategies of domestication and foreign ization eventually. Only by inquiring into the reciprocal information in the two cultures and ways of transforming the cultural information into target language expressions, can we translate the original ideas and art perfectly. |
