黄瓜果实弯曲性研究进展

摘    要:重点对黄瓜果实弯曲性研究进展进行综述,对黄瓜果实弯曲研究的重要性及目前研究中存在的问题进行总结,并提出今后的主要研究方向。黄瓜的果形是非常重要的外观品质之一。目前,国内外学者对黄瓜果实弯曲性的相关研究多集中在果实弯曲性的鉴定、造成弯曲的外界环境因素、子房与果实弯曲的发生和恢复、果实形态可视化系统的建立以及防治方法等几个方面。而对黄瓜果实弯曲性的系统研究不多.对于造成黄瓜果实弯曲的遗传规律和分子机理更少有深入细致的研究。因此.有必要在现有研究基础之上,利用现代分子生物学理论与技术,探明黄瓜果实弯曲性内在遗传机制,从细胞和分子水平揭示黄瓜果实弯曲的形成机理。

Abstract:The study reviewed the progress of bend in cucumber fruit, and concluded the importance of bend in cucumber fruit and questions in recent researches, and proposed the main research orientations. Fruit shape of cucumber is one of important exterior quality traits. Recently, studies on bend characteristic of cucumber fruit were mainly focused on identification of fruit bend, effect of the environmental factors, curvature occurrence and its recovery in cucumber ovary and fruit, foundation of cucumber fruit shape visualized system and prevention methods and etc. However, there are few literatures on bend in cucumber fruit, and even less on heredity and molecular mechanism of bend in cucumber fruit. Therefore, it is necessary to prove up intrinsic heredity mechanism of bend in cucumber using modern molecular biological theory and technology, and to reveal the formation mechanism of bend in cucumber fruit from cellular biology and molecular biology.
