小麦抗白粉病基因来源及抗性评价的研究进展

摘    要:小麦白粉病是小麦生产的重要病害,应用抗病品种是防治该病最为经济、安全和有效的途径。由于小麦白粉菌具有高度的遗传变异性,单个的抗病基因很容易被新的白粉菌毒力突变体克服而丧失抗性。因此,不断发掘新的小麦白粉病抗病基因,拓宽小麦遗传基础对中国小麦育种具有非常重要的意义。对已命名的56个白粉病基因的来源和利用进行了总结,结果显示,源于小麦一级、二级和三级基因库的抗白粉病基因分别有37个、11个和8个,弄清这些基因的来源、所在位点及抗谱范围对有效利用这些基因资源,同时发掘新的抗病基因至关重要。

Abstract:Powdery mildew is main disease of common wheat world-wide. The usage of resistant cultivars is the most economical, safety and efficient way to control the disease. Due to the wheatBlumeria graminis f. sp. tritici has high genetic variability; a single resistant gene is easy to be overcome. It is vital significance to identify new sources of resistance genes and widen wheat genetic basis for breeding programs. The sources and evaluations of 56 mildew genes are summarized in this paper. The result showed that there were respectively 37 genes, 11 genes and 8 genes from primary, secondary and tertiary level genebank. It is very important work to make clear the sources, loci and resistance spectrums of these genes and to explore new resistance genes.
