| 摘 要： | 金属铝对植物具有高细胞毒性,但其对中性土壤中无脊椎动物的生态毒理研究极少。采用国际标准组织(ISO)和OECD(207)指南中的滤纸接触法和人工土壤法,测定金属铝对蚯蚓的急性毒性。试验结果显示,铝对蚯蚓具有较高的毒性。滤纸接触法半数致死浓度(LC50)为20～200mgAl/L;人工土壤法LC50为518.20mgAl/kg干土。在滤纸接触法试验中,金属铝对蚯蚓的急性毒性高于重金属镉和铜,而在人工土壤法试验中金属铝对蚯蚓的急性毒性高于重金属镉低于重金属铜。蚯蚓对铝的污染很敏感,尤其是其上皮组织。因此,必须重视铝的毒性。试验为进一步研究铝在蚯蚓体内的富集和生物降解提供依据。 |
