摘    要:为了探讨含有杀菌剂三唑酮的种衣剂的田间使用效果,为其合理使用提供依据。以含有三唑酮的药肥复合型种衣剂为供试药剂,研究了三唑酮种衣剂小麦种子包衣后对出苗生长的影响和对甘肃省冬、春麦区主要病害防病增产效果。室内盆栽试验结果表明,种衣剂中三唑酮组分的存在,影响了小麦的正常出苗和生长,但在种衣剂其他组分如微肥、生长调节剂、多菌灵的协同作用下,麦苗生长状况得到了改善,可以弥补三唑酮的负面影响,而且叶绿素总含量、根系活力也有了明显提高。田间试验结果表明,三唑酮种衣剂能够保证田间基本苗数,对冬麦区小麦条锈病和白粉病的控制效果明显,分别达到76.2%和77.0%,显著降低了病情指数,起到压低菌源量的作用,增产8.95%;对春麦区土传性小麦全蚀病的防治效果可达到83.6%,增产13.09%。还对小麦种衣剂的应用前景进行了探讨。

Abstract:In order to provide a basis for fair using, study the effects of triadimefon seed coating formulation (Tri SCF) on wheat seedling growth regulation and control main diseases of winter and spring wheat in Gansu Province. The pot experiment results showed that, triadimefon mixing with seeds had a little influence to germination and growth of wheat seedlings, but using Tri SCF could not only alleviate this influence, but also significantly improve chlorophyll content and root activity. The field tests results showed that, Tri SCF could not reduce the basic seedlings, while control effects on spring wheat stripe rust and powdery mildew at early stage were 76.2% and 77.0% respectively, the rate of yield increase was 8.95%. Control effect on soil-borne winter wheat take-all was 83.6%, the rate of increased yield was 13.09%. Meanwhile and the prospects of wheat seed coating formulation were also concisely discussed in this paper.
