绿原酸对烟草疫霉的抑制作用及对烟草黑胫病的防治效果研究

摘    要:由烟草疫霉引发的烟草黑胫病(tobacco black shank,TBS)是烟草生产上最具毁灭性的病害之一。绿原酸(CGA)是广泛存在于自然界中的一种酚类物质,具有抗氧化和抑菌等多种生物活性。试验采用离体培养和叶面喷施的方式研究CGA对烟草疫霉的抑制作用及其对TBS的防治效果。结果表明,与对照相比,100μg/mL CGA可抑制烟草疫霉的生长,菌落直径从7.51cm变为5.95cm,二者差异显著;叶片病斑大小从4.60cm显著降低到1.20cm;抗氧化酶(POD、SOD和CAT)及防御酶(PPO)的活性分别显著提高72.6%、54.6%、155.8%和8.2%。此外,喷施CGA的叶片中可溶性蛋白含量从3.0mg/g显著提高到5.3mg/g;可溶性糖含量从2.7mg/g显著下降到1.5mg/g,脯氨酸含量从192.7µg/g显著下降到150.4µg/g。因此,CGA能直接抑制烟草疫霉的生长,有助于提高烟草对TBS的抗性。

Abstract:Tobacco black shank (TBS) caused by Phytophthora nicotianae is one of the most devastating diseases in tobacco production. Chlorogenic acid (CGA) is a natural phenolic compound that exhibits several unprecedented bioactivities including antioxidants and antibacterials. Using in vitro culture and foliar application method, we investigated CGA inhibition on P. nicotianae and CGA control efficiency on TBS, respectively. The results showed that, compared with control, 100g/mL CGA significantly inhibited the growth of P. nicotianae significantly, and the colony diameter changed from 7.51cm to 5.95cm. Spraying the leaves with 100g/mL CGA significantly reduced leaf spot size from 4.60cm to 1.20cm and significantly increased the activities of the antioxidant enzymes POD, SOD and CAT and the defense enzyme PPO by 72.6%, 54.6%, 155.8% and 8.2%, respectively. In addition, the content of soluble protein in leaves sprayed with CGA increased significantly from 3.0mg/g to 5.3mg/g, the content of soluble sugars increased significantly from 2.7mg/g to 1.5mg/g, and the content of proline decreased from 192.7mg/g to 150.4μg/g. Therefore, CGA could directly inhibit the growth of P. nicotiana, improve the resistance to TBS.
