石灰性土壤上玉米/花生间作对花生根系形态变化和生理反应的影响

摘    要:应用盆栽试验研究了石灰性土壤上玉米与花生间作对花生铁营养的影响,结果表明,间作显著地改善了花生的铁营养状况。进一步研究发现这种改善作用与间作对花生根系形态和生理活性所产生的影响密切相关。间作不仅增加了花生的侧根数目、侧根长度、根毛数量,而且促使花生表皮形成丰富的转移细胞和根质膜还原Fe(Ⅲ)能力的提高;同时间作花生根际微生物数量少于单作花生,可能减少了对玉米根系分泌的植物铁载体(PS)和根表粘液层

The Effects of Peanut Intercropped with Maize on the Morphological and Physiological Changes of Peanut Roots in Calcareous Soil

Abstract:Pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of intercropping peanut with maize on the iron nutrition of peanut. The results showed that the intercropping improved iron nutrition of peanut remarkably. It also indicated that the effect of intercropping on root morpho- logical and physiological changes of peanut were significantly related to the improvement of iron nutrition. The intercropping increased lateral root length and greater number of lateral root. In tercropping led to development of rhizodermal transfer cells and great number of root hairs at the subapical root zone. At the same time, intercropping could maintain high Fe( III ) reducing capac ity of peanut for a longer time. Fewer microorganisms of peanut intercropped with maize could reduced the decomposition of the mucous layer of cell surface and the root exudates (phy- tosiderophores) of maize. The thicker mucous layer and larger amount of PS-Fe3 of intercrop ping rhizosphere soil increased the iron uptake and utilization of peanut. Consequently, the root morphological and physiological changes of peanut intercropped with maize played an important role on the improvement iron nutrition of peanut ecophysiologically.
