摘    要:以59个杂交中稻品种为材料, 研究了稻米垩白指标间的关系. 结果表明: 精米的垩白粒率、垩白面积大小和垩白度分别比整精米的显著提高. 以整精米测定的垩白度不能代表实际需要表达的精米的垩白状况. 整精米垩白度、精米垩白粒率和垩白度分别与整精米的垩白粒率呈极显著正相关, 可通过整精米垩白粒率推算整精米垩白度以及精米的

Abstract:Fifty nine hybrid rice combinations were used to study the relationship among chalky scores of rice. The chalky rice%, chalky area and chalkiness of kernel rice were larger than that of head rice. There were significant positive correlations between chalky rice % in head rice and chalkiness of head rice, chalky rice % in kernel rice as well as chalkiness of kernel rice. The chalkiness of head rice and chalkiness, chalky rice % in kernel rice can be calculated from chalky rice % in head rice, and with determination coefficients 0.3822 , 0.2668 and 0.8662 , respectively.
