摘    要:通过连续5年盆栽试验,研究了花生不同连作年限对植株生育、土壤及根际微生物主要类群和主要土壤酶活性的影响及其相互关系.结果表明:花生连作,主茎变矮,单株结果数减少,荚果变小,总生物产量和荚果产量降低.随着连作年限的增加,土壤和根际的真菌数量显著增加,细菌和放线菌数量显著减少.土壤中碱性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶和脲酶活性逐年

Abstract:Effects of peanut continuous cropping(PCC) on plant growth and development and changes of main microbial strain amounts and enzymes activities in PCC soil have been investigated by pot experiments for 5 years. The results showed that the stem became short, number of pods/plant decreased, pod size became small, biomass and pod yield decreased under PCC condition, when compared with rotating system. As advance of PCC years, fungi number in the soil and rhizosphere increased obviously, bacteria and actinomyces number declined distinctly, and activities of alkaline phosphatase (AKP), saccharase and urease in the soil decreased year by year. Fungi in the soil and rhizosphere during flowering pegging stage(FPS) restrained remar kably AKP activities, but bacteria and actinomyces in the soil and bacteria in the rhizosphere during pod filling stage(PFS) promoted remarkably the AKP activities. Fungi in the rhizosphere during FPS inhibited remarkably the activities of saccharase and urease, bacteria in the soil promoted the activities of saccharase, bacteria in the soil and actinomyces in the rhizosphere in PFS promoted remarkably the activities of urease. Converting of soil from bacteria type to fungi type may be an important characteristic of PCC soil.
