三叶草根间菌丝桥在32P传递中的作用

摘    要:应用五室方法研究了不同收获期三叶草根间菌丝桥在32P传递中的作用及其对受体植株生长的影响。结果证实32P可以通过菌丝桥在三叶草根系间传递,三个收获期32P的传递量无显著差异;供体和受体植株根间形成的菌丝桥对受体植株生长的促进作用在10周时才表现出来。本文对影响植株间菌丝桥传递转移32P数量的因素进行了初步的讨论。

Abstract:By 32P-labelled technique, five comparements with air gap was designed to examine time-course underground 32P transfer via VAM hyphae links between roots of red clover and its effects on host red clover growth. Plants were harvested at 6 weeks, 8 weeks and to weeks after planting. The results demonstrated that 32P can transfer between roots of red clover via VAM hyphae link and the total amount of 32P transfer didn't show significance difference at different harvest times. Shoot dry weight of receiver red clover increased at the third harvest time due to the formation of VAM hyphae linksbetween roots of donor and receiver plants. The factors which affected the 32P transfer via VAM hyphae were also discussed.
