摘    要:用 ELISA 法鉴定了小麦近缘种赖草属(Leymus)、披碱草属(Elymus)、鹅冠草属(Roegneria)3个属的21个种,其中17个种抗 BYDV。21145份小麦品种中筛选到症状轻、病毒含量高的耐病品种忻县冬麦、江西早等29份。3604份大麦品种中筛选到症状轻、病毒含量低的抗病品种C13208、小麦近缘种(Agropyronintemedium)和普通小麦杂交的异源八倍体中4无芒,中5,远中7,陇远45、46,远中1001,忻4079以及附加系 L1。现已获得抗 BYDV 的以中4无芒、L1为亲本的杂交后代。

Abstract:Twenty one species of 3 geneus,Leymus,Elymus and Rcegneria havebeen screened by means of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).After inoculation with PAGV(like PAV)strain,17 speciesshowed resistance to BYDV.Hill plots technique was used to screen 21145 wheat varieties and3604 barley varieties for resistance to BYDV in the field.Plants wereinfected with GPV strain of BYDV.Among them,29 wheat varietiesand 14 barley varieties showed mild symptoms,but only CI3208(barley)gave low virus content based on ELISA assay.Heterogeneous octoploids Zhong4 without awn(Zhong4),Zhong5,Long Yuan 46,Long Yuan 45,Yuan Zhcng 1001,Yuan Zhong 7 and ad-dition line L1,which were derived from hybrids crossed between wheatand Agropyron intermedium,,were appeared in mild symptoms and lowvirus content(according to ELISA).The new lines from Zhong4 with-out awn or L1 crossed with wheat were resistant to BYDV.Theseresults indicate that it is very important to introduce the gene of re-sistance to BYDV from wild grasses to wheat in breeding resistant cul-tivars to BYDV.
