水杨酸对小苍兰生长及开花的影响

摘    要:【目的】分析水杨酸(SA)对小苍兰(Freesiarefracta Klatt)生长发育的影响,为利用SA调控小苍兰生长、开花及其种球繁殖提供参考依据。【方法】对盆栽小苍兰进行不同浓度SA水溶液浸泡种球、叶面喷施及浸泡种球+叶面喷施3组处理,以未进行SA处理为对照(CK),测定分析各处理小苍兰的营养生长和生殖生长指标。【结果】低浓度SA(150.0 mg/L)处理可促进小苍兰营养生长及球茎发育,并延长开花天数,高浓度(450.0~600.0 mg/L)SA处理能抑制小苍兰营养生长及生殖生长。在浸泡组中,600.0 mg/L SA处理的小苍兰矮化效果显著(P<0.05,下同),株高比CK降低16.9%,花葶高比CK降低33.8%,但小苍兰叶片受到损伤,且植株开花率降低。在喷施组中,300.0 mg/L SA处理的小苍兰花期比CK提早5 d;150.0 mg/L SA处理的球茎总重量比CK提高27.3%。在浸球+喷施组中,300.0 mg/L SA浸泡种球处理随着叶面喷施SA浓度的升高,大球茎平均重呈明显降低趋势,其中,喷施300.0 mg/L SA处理的大球茎平均重比CK降低11.3%,喷施450.0 mg/L SA处理的株高和花葶高分别比CK降低13.5%和10.3%,且植株叶片生长及开花表现良好。【结论】300.0 mg/L SA浸泡种球+450.0 mg/L SA喷施叶面对小苍兰生长及开花的综合效果最佳,可供小苍兰或其他植物利用SA进行植株生长及开花调控应用。

Abstract:Objective]The present experiment was conducted to analyze effects of salicylic acid on the growth and flowering of Freesia refracta Klatt,in order to provide practical references for using SA to regulate growth,flowering and bulb propagation of F. refracta. Method]Potted F. refracta was treated with the aqueous solutions containing different mass concentrations of SA by soaking bulb,spraying leaf and combining both ways,with those untreated as control(CK). Then vegetative and reproductive growth indexes of F. refracta in all treatments were determined. Result]Results showed that, low concentration of SA(150.0 mg/L) could promote vegetative growth,the bulb development and extend flowering time of F. refracta,high concentration of SA(450.0-600.0 mg/L) could inhibit vegetative and reproductive growth of F. refracta. In soaking treatment group, the best dwarfing effect could achieve by soaking bulbs in 600.0 mg/L SA solution (P<0.05, the same below),plant height was decreased by 16.9% compared with that of CK,scape height decreased by 33.8%,but the leaf was damaged badly and flowering rate declined. After spraying leaf with 300.0 mg/L SA solution ,flowering occured 5 days earlier than other treatments and 150.0 mg/L SA treatment had the best effect on growth of bulbs ,the total weight of bulb increased by 27.3% compared with that of CK. With the method of immersing bulb 300.0 mg/L SA combined with spraying leaf,weight of large bulb decreased remarkably with the increase of SA spraying concentration,and decreased by 11.3%compared with that of CK when spraying leaf of 300.0 mg/L SA ,and when spraying leaf of 450.0 mg/L, plant height and scape height decreased by 13.5%and 10.3%compared with those of CK, respectively,and the leaf growth and flower-ing was good. Conclusion]The method of soaking bulb in 300.0 mg/L SA combined with spraying leaf with 450.0 mg/L SA has best comprehensive effect on growth and flowering of F. refracta,which is applied to regulate plant and flowering of F. refracta and other plants.
