摘    要:为科学指导北方茶农进行冻害防御,分别开展了冻害观测和调查、茶园调研、专家咨询、茶农和专家座谈等工作,统计分析了1966年以来山东茶区27次重度以上冻害过程,学习和借鉴部分南方省份茶树冻害等级气象指标,结合茶树引种到北方后经过几十年驯化,抗冻能力已明显提高的实际情况,分别制定了北方茶树越冬期冻害和春茶期冻害气象监测指标,并进行了实际观测和验证。结果表明,北方茶树冻害气象监测指标可作为指导北方茶园防冻的科学依据。

Abstract:In order to scientifically guide the northern tea farmers to carry out the freeze damage prevention, the work of freeze damage observation, tea garden investigation, freeze damage investigation, expert consultation, tea farmers and expert panel discussion are carried out respectively, and the process of 27 severe or severe freeze damage in Shandong tea area since 1966 is statistically analyzed, and the meteorological indicators of tea freeze damage grades in some southern provinces are studied and used for reference, and the actual situation that the frost resistance of tea trees has been significantly improved after decades of domestication after being introduced to the north is combined, The meteorological monitoring indicators for the winter and spring tea freeze damage of tea plants in the north are formulated, and the actual observation and verification are carried out. The results show that the meteorological monitoring indexes of freezing injury of tea trees can be used as the scientific basis for guiding the antifreeze of tea gardens in the north.
