| Abstract: | Combined with tobacco industry Dali Xiangyun water project of construction and management experience, according to the tobacco industry in Yunnan Province water project funded by the planning and construction of the discussion is being put into practice in Honghe Shiping defrosts water project construction supervision measures, the key is how to strengthen the supervision and management of the project puts forward some suggestions, in order to promote and safeguard the construction of the project management. |
