摘    要:智能温室可促进现代农业发展,实现农作物的优质优产,带来较大的经济效益。针对我国西北地区的气候条件,研究设计了一套日光温室多样化环境智能调控系统。该系统将一年中温室调控按照最优节能分为6个阶段,应用现代检测技术实现对不同工作模式下的温室环境温度、环境湿度、土壤湿度、CO2浓度、光照度参数进行采集;运用可编程控制技术实现对各参数的数据处理及对卷膜、湿帘风机等执行机构的动作控制;运用组态王监控软件实现温室环境参数的监控和手动控制。运行结果表明,该调控系统运行稳定,基本满足控制要求。

Design on Diversified Intelligent Control System for Northern Solar Greenhouse with Energy Saving Optimization

Abstract:Intelligent greenhouse can promote development of modern agriculture, realize high quality and high yield of crops, and bring great economic benefits. According to climate conditions in Northwest, a set of intelligent control system for diversified environment of solar greenhouse was designed. Greenhouse regulation was divided into six stages in a year according to optimal energy conservation. Modern detection technology was uses to collect greenhouse environmental temperature, environmental humidity, soil humidity, carbon dioxide concentration and illumination parameters under different working modes. Programmable control technology was used to realize data processing of various parameters and action control of film rolling, wet curtain fan and other actuators. Kingview monitoring software was used to realize monitoring and manual control of greenhouse environmental parameters. Operation results showed that regulation system operated stably and basically met control requirements.
