基于雨课堂的多维度精准化教学模式研究

摘    要:以打破传统线下教学与线上教学的壁垒、贯通融合线上线下教学资源、保障农业工程类本科教学质量为目标,设计基于“雨课堂”的多维度教学模式,充分挖掘教学全周期学情数据,注重教学反馈信息,精准对接新时代大学生的内在深层次学习行为、习惯、心态,改变传统课堂教学流程,实现以教师“教”为中心向以学生“学”为中心的转变,有力提高了学生的学习兴趣,有效提升了教育教学质量。同时,教学模式的设计和应用有利于锻炼教师的教学能力、打磨教学技巧,提高教师适应“互联网+”背景下本科教育教学的工作能力,达到师生共同发展、携手共进的目标。2个学期共9门课程教学活动实践表明,基于“雨课堂”的多维度教学模式体现了较好的教学效果,受到师生的广泛认可,具有较高的应用推广价值。

Abstract:Under the background of COVID-19, this paper aims to break the barriers of traditional offline teaching and online teaching, to integrate teaching resources on line and offline, and to ensure the quality of agricultural engineering undergraduate teaching. The multidimensional teaching mode based on "rain classroom" is designed to fully excavate learning situation data in whole teaching cycle, and pay attention to feedback information of teaching activity. This teaching mode could accurately connect the internal deep learning behavior, learning habits and learning mentality of college students in the new era, change the traditional classroom teaching process, and realize the transformation from teachers'' teaching ''to students'' learning'', which will effectively improve students'' learning interest and effectively improve the quality of education and teaching. Meanwhile, the design and application of teaching mode will help to train teachers'' teaching ability, polish teaching skills, and improve teachers'' ability to adapt to the Internet plus background of undergraduate education and teaching, so as to achieve the goal of common development and joint development of teachers and students. The practice of teaching activities of 9 courses in 2 semesters shows that the multi-dimensional teaching model based on "rain classroom" reflected good teaching effect, and was widely welcomed by teachers and students, which has high application and promotion value.
