| 摘 要： | 国医大师柴嵩岩提出子宫内膜异位症（endometriosis,EM）为"阳证、热症、实证",其基本病机为湿热毒邪侵袭冲任血海;在治疗过程中形成了分时论治、分年龄论治、辨证论治等论治方法;基于长期临床经验,将EM辨为湿热瘀阻证、气滞血瘀证、肾虚血瘀证、气虚血瘀证;以"解毒热、化湿浊、祛瘀滞、散结聚"为遣方用药原则,取得了良好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Chinese Medicine Master Chai Songyan points out that endometriosis (EM) is a Yang syndrome, a heat syndrome, and an excess syndrome, and its basic pathogenesis is damp-heat and toxic pathogens invading Chongren Xuehai. In the course of treatment, the treatment methods based on time, age, and syndrome have been formed. Based on long-term clinical experience, EM is differentiated into syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat, syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis, syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis, and syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis. The medication principles of "detoxicating and alleviating fever, removing dampness and turbidity, removing blood stasis and stagnation, and dispersing agglomeration" have helped to achieve good outcomes. |
