山东省丹参生产机械化现状及发展建议

摘    要:为了探明山东省丹参种植中机械化的作用与应用情况,对山东省丹参种植产业现状和丹参生产全程机械化情况进行了调研。经过分析可得,山东省丹参全程机械化主要在种植和收获两个环节比较薄弱。这两个环节目前程度也不同,栽植环节处于“无机可用”,而收获环节中种子采收处于“无机可用”,地下根茎收获处于“无良机可用”。其他环节机械化的制约因素在于种植规模化、标准化和田块是否宜机化方面。分析了丹参全程机械化存在的问题,并对提升山东省丹参生产机械化水平提出了建议。

Abstract:In order to prove the role of mechanization in Salvia miltiorrhiza planting in Shandong Province and realize the application of mechanization in Salvia miltiorrhiza planting, the status quo of Salvia miltiorrhiza planting industry and the mechanization of Salvia miltiorrhiza production in Shandong Province were investigated. According to the analysis, the whole mechanization of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Shandong Province is weak in planting and harvesting. These two links are different at present. Planting is in " no machine available e seed harvesting is in " no machine available " no good machines available The restricting factors of mechanization in other links lie in the planting scale, standardization and whether the field is suitable for mechanization. The problems in the whole process mechanization of Salvia miltiorrhiza were analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward to promote the mechanization of Salvia miltiorrhiza production in Shandong Province.
