不同寄主麦根腐平脐蠕孢菌(Bipolaris sorokiniana)生物学特性比较及交叉致病性分析

摘    要:麦根腐平脐蠕孢菌(Bipolaris sorokiniana)侵染玉米引起叶斑病,也能侵染小麦引起根腐病。通过形态学和分子生物学方法鉴定到2个玉米和1个小麦分离物,均为麦根腐平脐蠕孢菌(B. sorokiniana)。玉米分离物与小麦分离物在培养基利用、pH值、硝酸钾和硫酸铵等条件下菌丝生长速率存在明显差异,且两种不同寄主分离物在人工接种条件下均可成功侵染小麦克春10号和玉米郑单958,完成交叉侵染。比较来自不同寄主的麦根腐平脐蠕孢菌生物学特性差异,发现玉米和小麦分离物存在交叉致病性。

Abstract:Bipolaris sorokiniana causes both maize leaf spot and wheat root rot. Two maize isolates and one wheat isolate were identified as B. sorokiniana using morphological and molecular biological methods. There were significant differences of radial growth rate on media, pH, nitrate sodium and ammonium sulfate between maize and wheat isolates. The B. sorokiniana of maize and wheat isolates successfully cross-infected Kechun 10 and Zhengdan958 under artificial inoculation. Comparative analysis of the biological characteristics of B. sorokiniana isolates from different hosts revealed the presence of cross-pathogenicity between maize and wheat.
