| 摘 要： | “现代仪器分析技术”课程是食品检验检测技术专业的核心课程,迫切需要深度挖掘提炼其知识体系中蕴含的思想价值和精神内涵。围绕坚定学生理想信念、优化课程思政内容供给,形成了“爱国主义”和“职业道德”2个思政教育案例。通过案例实施和效果反馈的详细阐述,探索了授课过程中专业知识与思政元素有机融合的实践,以期为其他专业课课程思政的实施提供参考。

| Abstract: | Effectiveness of fostering virtue is the fundamental standard to test all works in Colleges and universities. Strengthening the ideological and political construction of curriculum is the inevitable requirement to realize the fundamental task of fostering virtue. As the core course of food inspection and testing technology, Modern Instrumental Analysis Technology urgently needs to deeply explore and refine the ideological value and spiritual connotation contained in the knowledge system. Focusing on strengthening students'' ideals and optimizing the supply of ideological and political content, two ideological and political education cases of "patriotism" and "professional ethics" have been formed. Through the detailed elaboration of case implementation and effect feedback, this paper explores the organic integration practice of professional knowledge and ideological and political elements in the teaching process. It can also provide reference for the implementation of ideological and political education in other professional courses. |
